What are emotional wounds?

Emotional wounds stem from trauma as a result of abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), childhood issues, abandonment, parental separation etc., and can result in disconnection. Heavy emotions, false beliefs and external substitutes obscure connection to our true selves, so we address them compassionately and fearlessly in our health journeys to feel safe in the world again. Rather than allowing these wounds to trigger, hurt and control us, we can turn emotional pain into wisdom that informs and empowers us to reconnect with ourselves and our highest destiny with love, compassion and forgiveness.
